Corona: The virus of the ecological transition

The world economy was doing great just a few weeks ago before the virus spread widely. 

Trashing the planet had never been that profitable. 

We knew it was wrong, but we had to stay competitive right? 

Market before planet, always. 

But now the fear sets in, people stay home, most people don’t earn money so they don’t spend money, and it decreases dramatically the worldwide consumption and pollution. 

How else did you want to stop a trillion dollar economy producing and shipping stuff as fast as possible, with no regards for any kind of consequences? 

It’s the virus saying: “Stop consuming for a minute and see how it looks like”. 

There are a lot of negatives and ultimately millions could die. But the media covers this enough, so let me take a different look.

What's positive about it on the long term is that many people will turn to sustainable ways such as gardening, exchanging services between neighbors or online, considering ecological alternatives for energy etc… 

It's powerful because the ones who turn to natural and ecological solutions during the pandemic will probably keep these habits afterwards, which is what many of us were asking for lately, without being listened to at all.

Recognizing nature

The ecological transition will not happen by putting more rules on States and companies or by forcing behaviors. 

We tried these global climate summits, it doesn't work.

At the country level no one cares. In France which is supposed to be a country where social justice prevails, more than 2,3 million people signed a petition in a matter of days, even started a lawsuit against the state for climate inaction and a year later still nothing happened.

At the company level, apart from some new and small socially-conscious companies, profits are a way higher priority than the environment.

The ecological transition will only happen when we all level up our consciousness, by valuing more nature than immediate profits and by placing ourselves in each other's shoes. 

Turns out, all the behaviors triggered by the corona virus are going in this direction: less work, more time to take care of ourselves, more time to turn inward and asking ourselves what we really want out of this life

So for instance, don't waste water to avoid a getting higher bill, but because it’s the right thing to do, because you care and you’re grateful for the precious water. 

Same thing for the nature around you. It's time to recognize it: “Hey tree, I haven’t really paid attention to you before, but you’re beautiful”. 

Fear

The virus brings a lot of fear to our entire civilization. 

The fear is an emotion, an instinct. It is linked to the animal world. 

Each year 75 billions of animals are killed for food. Aside from the disastrous conditions they live in, these billions of animals generate an immense amount of fear vibrations when they feel they're going to get killed. 

So one more reason to not eat meat: Don't associate energetically with this fear by eating animals, as that could make you more vulnerable to the virus. 

Fear is also known to decrease our immune system. It decreases our vibrations, while love or gratitude increase them. 

Your mindset is your most important tool during this pandemic. Making sure you are consuming the right information, and not only focusing on bad news is critical to maintaining that mindset. Check today's list of good news here for a moral boost. Worldwide collaboration is beautiful! 

Get yourself together, and by confidently believing that you will be fine, you'll be already ahead of the game. 

Don't allow fear to get into your emotions. 

Try to get some perspective and feel opposite emotions such as gratitude and love for the planet. 

Like all crises this pandemic will ultimately awaken our spirit, rearrange our priorities and inspire a much needed compassion between ourselves and nature.

Take care of yourself

Unless you’re extremely careful and you can stay home for months, it’s going to be difficult to avoid getting contaminated. 

As there won't be any cure for the next months, the idea is to get our defenses up. 

How do you do that? 

Exercise regularly and moderately, rest well, eat well and since you’re at it smokers, remember the virus affects the respiratory system. 

What to do if you're sick

I'm no doctor so this does not replace medical advice in any way but might complement it.

So if I or a close one gets sick, this is what I would recommend them: 

Fast 

On a book on Taoism I read long time ago, it said that when you only drink water and zero food, after about 24 hours the powerful enzymes in your stomach have nothing to do, so they go into your blood system. As they're very strong because they’re the ones destroying the food every day, they clean up everything. 

I can be a bit extreme sometimes, so about 10 years ago I tried to fast for a few days to see how it would affect me. I did it for 5 full days, and felt pretty healthy afterwards. 

The feeling of hunger doesn't increase as you might expect, it's just there. 

You feel a bit weak when your body starts to clean up and get organized from the inside, as there is no more food supply coming. It’s busy folding proteins better, making sure everything is in order so it makes us stronger. 

As a principle: Every tension you put on a system reinforces it.

I saw somewhere that the life expectancy of some worm doubled when they fasted, and fasting is becoming common knowledge to cure almost everything. 

So I would recommend doing it for about 36h. You eat dinner, then sleep, skip food the whole day, sleep, have a late lunch the next day.

Once a week maybe. Would work great as a preventive measure too.

Drink hot water

Just plain hot water has lots of virtues that elaborated pharmaceutical companies would never tell you - how would they sell you hot water?

Onions

Onions are known from our grandmas to extract the bad stuff out of us.

This video - that is now stored on my drive - can’t be uploaded on Facebook “for some reason”, and lucky enough, I was to be able to download it on time because I can’t find it anymore.

It shows how to use onions to cure yourself in hours or just days, by cutting an onion, putting it on a cloth and putting that cloth on your chest where it hurts.

Clay

Green clay powder seems to work wonders. 

Without using metallic cutlery, add a couple of tablespoons in water. Let it sink for a few minutes, then mix and drink everything. 

Here is a video about it - but in French.

Drink this 2, 3 times a day for a few days, then after that, once a day for a few weeks. There is nothing more to it really. 

Even big quantities can't harm you. And it's very cheap too. 

The clay boosts the entire system and flushes out toxins, including viruses. 

Better to take the clay apart from other drugs, like 2h before or after.

Enhance your immune system 

Vitamin C, D, essential oils like Tea Tree or Ravintsara, Homeopathy like Gelsemium 30CH + Bryonia 30CH. 

You should take these moderately in prevention already. 

Meditate and pray

This virus directs us to self introspection, to calm down. In our hectic lives, most of us need it. 

Take time for yourself and your family, try meditation and prayers if you're not familiar with these practices. You will feel good afterwards, you’ll see.

Drop the fear, the anger, the violent vibrations that make this planet a violent place. 

Connect with the Earth, that’s where you come from and where the energies are right now.

Each person that embraces love instead of fear is essential. 

Actually each person who modifies their vibrations - whether negatively or positively - will impact others because we are all connected. 

So much is going on in the world right now.

But it's not happening to us, it’s happening for us.

Let’s welcome this consciousness accelerator, and reconnect with ourselves, with others and with nature.
